Breakfast

  • 1/4 cup PC Blue Menu Granola
  • 1/2 Strawberries
  • 100g Danone Oikos 0% Greek Yogurt – Coconut
  • 1 litre water

Lunch

  • 500 ml water
  • spinach salad
    • quinoa
    • mushrooms
    • pineapple
    • dried cranberries
    • sliced, raw almonds
    • raw pepitas
    • grape tomatoes

Snack

  • 13 cherries
  • two celery sticks
